The program is grounded in the timeless principles of Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, a foundational work on self-image psychology. You will move through the material using your preferred format of the book (hardcopy or electronic), pairing each reading with guided integration - not as theory, but as actionable identity work.
Each module includes:
- assigned reading from Psycho-Cybernetics
- clear teaching points and practical takeaways
- structured reflection and journaling prompts
- guided mental rehearsal and identity integration
Coach T integrates the material through her proprietary process, helping participants translate insight into real-world behavior, emotional regulation, and internal direction. The focus is not on motivation or therapy language, but on recalibrating the self-image - because how you see yourself internally determines the results you create externally.
To support your progress, the program includes two 1:1 sessions with Coach T.
These sessions are designed to help you:
- clarify what you’re uncovering
- work through areas where you feel stuck
- translate your insights into practical next steps
For those who choose it, a partner add-on option is available.
This provides guided connection prompts, shared reflection exercises, and optional couple-focused sessions designed to support alignment, communication, and relational stability during your midlife chapter.
